Our deepest respect & tokens of gratitude 
go out to ever so many...

To each and every one of the carvers.  Giving freely of their time and talent they worked from morning til dusk despite the hot summer heat.  In alphabetical order they are:

LOGS
The wood logs were generously donated by Chris Ranum of L.P. Tree Service in Janesville and Paul Hodgson of Mount Horeb.

LOG HANDLERS
Our log handlers Dave Viney and Chad Larson kept pace with the carvers throughout the weekend, moving and maneuvering the logs/carvings.

GENERATOR
Vernon Heinrich for surprising the carvers with the use of an event-sized generator.

AUCTIONEER
Ryan George, the auctioneer who donated his time and energy to auction the completed pieces and entertain the crowd.  They all left with BIG smiles!

GRAPHIC DESIGN/ARTWORK
Jake Weiss for donating his time and artistic talent on the graphic design for the event posters and print ready artwork for the C.O.C. T-Shirts.

FOOD - YUM!!!
The Cooksville Church for providing and serving the delicious food.

COOKSVILLE GENERAL STORE
The Cooksville General Store for keeping up with the supply and demand and providing the ambience that the spectators loved and couldn't stop talking about!

VOLUNTEERS
ALL of the many Cooksville volunteers, family, and friends who worked behind the scenes to plan, design, and facilitate this event and who continuously work to promote the arts in Cooksville.

COOKSVILLE COMMUNITY AT LARGE
The Cooksville community at large for their patience with the noise and busy pace throughout the weekend.
